Fly Jinnah does its best to ensure your baggage arrives on time. However, if your luggage does not appear on the baggage belt upon arrival, please proceed immediately to the nearest Fly Jinnah baggage services office at your destination airport.
 
Our team will assist you by registering your baggage details in our tracing system and issuing a Baggage Claim Reference Number. Please retain these details for all future correspondence.
 
The tracing process may take up to 21 days. During this period, there is no need to follow up, as you will receive periodic status updates via SMS on your registered mobile number. Once your baggage is located, you will be notified with pick up instructions. If the baggage is not found within 21 days, you will be informed with details on the compensation process.
 
Fly Jinnah’s liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to PKR 1,000 per kg with a maximum of 20 kg per passenger for domestic flights. For international flights, liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited up to Special Drawing Rights (SDR) 1,000, in accordance with our Conditions of Carriage.
