Your airport may not yet be enabled for online check-in within our network, or for new destinations, we may still be completing the required procedures to offer online check-in.

If your departure airport is not listed, please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in.

Yes, the seat you pre-booked online will be reserved for you during check-in. However, in rare cases, operational requirements or changes to the aircraft may require adjustments. If this occurs, we will do our best to assign you the same seat or one as close as possible to your original selection.

If the seat you want is not available, it may either be a premium seat that requires pre-purchase or a seat that has already been selected by another passenger. Please choose from the available options, or consider upgrading to a premium seat for a wider selection.

For international flights, our airport check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour prior to the flight. For domestic flights, counters open 2 hours before departure and close 45 minutes prior.

Yes, you can! Avoid the airport rush by using our city check-in services available in Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. At our dedicated city terminal counters, you can check in your luggage, select your seat, and collect your boarding pass up to 36 hours before your flight.
